1. Acceptable Use

Use the Platform only for lawful personal transactions in digital gold and silver; provide accurate information; communicate respectfully with support staff.

2. Identity & KYC

  • Do not impersonate others or use false PAN/Aadhaar/bank/UPI details.
  • Do not maintain multiple accounts for the same person.
  • Do not allow unauthorized access to your account.

3. Financial Crime

  • No money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.
  • No structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
  • No use of stolen payment instruments or mule accounts.
  • No fraudulent chargebacks.

4. Transaction & Platform Abuse

  • No wash trading or manipulation without economic purpose.
  • No exploitation of bugs, webhooks, price locks, or promotions.
  • No unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or API abuse.
  • No interference with servers, Socket.IO feeds, or encryption.

5. Support & Content

  • No harassment, threats, or hate speech toward staff or users.
  • No illegal, obscene, or infringing uploads in support tickets.
  • No spam through support channels.

6. Device Permissions

Do not misuse SIM/phone permissions on Android to register numbers without the owner’s consent.

7. Enforcement

  • We may warn, restrict, block (isBlockedByAdmin), freeze payouts, or terminate accounts.
  • We may preserve logs and report to FIU-IND, police, or regulators.
