Cookie Policy

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files on websites. The mobile app uses encrypted device storage, session tokens, and FCM push tokens instead of browser cookies.

2. Website (Current Use)

• goldwalt-theme: local storage for light/dark theme (strictly necessary).
• Live prices API: technical logs (IP, request metadata) on our servers—no account cookie.
• Google Fonts may load from Google servers (see Google’s privacy policy).
• Analytics and advertising cookies: not currently deployed.

3. Future Cookies

If we add analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) or marketing pixels, we will update this Policy and, where required, show a consent banner before loading non-essential cookies.

4. Mobile App

• Encrypted storage for auth token and preferences.
• FCM token for push notifications (disable in device or app settings).
• KYC and payment WebViews may use partner cookies during those sessions.

5. Your Choices

Manage browser cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may affect theme or future web login. For the app, manage notifications and permissions in OS settings.
